Softly, ever so softly,
the piano is played,
by a soul, gotten lost in the music,
in every single note,
in the sound of its beauty.

        how elegant a piano is, when
        keys pretend to be your spine and
        my fingers play the
                lucid movements,
                reaching your heart and
                stealing a part so that you can never
                leave me.

I get up,
floating almost soundless
across the room.
        back to you,
                beautiful words, I thought
                weren't meant to be said because they sounded
                so untrue.
                piece of strength we both thought we never had, and
                all those particles, violin strings of shifting existences
                we played the same music.
        where I belong...

A rose, so delicate,
almost brittles under my touch,
as I lay it upon the piano
and watch you smile
like an angel.
But I don't care any more,
already moving to the melody,
mesmerized by the sound,
letting my feet take control,
and just let it embrace me.

Dancing,
this is my soul,
this is my destiny
this is us..

        To move to the rhythm,
        to forget the world,
        moving in circles,
        feeling your fingers,
        draw little patterns on my shoulder,
        holding my waist tight,
        and your gaze holding mine.

When we're like this
it's like gasoline and  a match,
ending up as an open fire,
a dangerous beauty,
you cannot resist to watch
because losing control,
is just so tempting,
while forgetting
what it meant altogether.
